Get more BIPOC in Environmental Careers

    • Identify and share career opportunities (jobs, internships, funding, and board positions) through a bulletin.
    • Find ways to support and mentor BIPOC professionals who chose environmental fields and help inspire them to stay in the field.
    • Provide professional development through workshops and networking events specifically around growing equity, diversity, and inclusivity around the Bay Area.

    Amplify BIPOC Perspectives

    • Look for creative partnership and joint funding opportunities between organizations.
    • Elevate perspectives and voices of fellow BIPOC professionals at joint meetings.
